James is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia. His passion is skin cancer medicine and skin procedures. He has a Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Medicine and a Certificate in Advanced Dermoscopy both from the Australasian College of Cutaneous Oncology (ACCO). He has also undertaken further training in performing skin flaps and grafts with ACCO. He practices evidence-based medicine to optimise management of skin cancer. Away from medicine James enjoys spending his time with his wife and two kids. He enjoys playing golf and keeping fit. Having grown up in South Australia, he is a passionate supporter of the Adelaide Football Club.
Josh is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Notre Dame (2009). He has an interest in general procedures, skin cancer, injections, and GP work.
He provides Skin Check appointments as well as Regular GP appointments and offers the following:

♦ toe nail wedge resections for ingrown toenails

Ankit attended Monash University (Victoria) and earned his medical degree in 2013 with First Class Honours. In recognition of his academic performance, he was awarded the Bryan Hudson Prize in Medicine, the Monash Health Emergency Medicine Prize and the Monash Health Medical Academic Scholarship. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Ankit has a strong interest in skin health and has pursued additional training in Dermatology. He holds the Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer and General Dermatology (awarded by the Australasian College of Dermatologists). He gained further hospital-based dermatology experience at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Northern Health.
Skin services that Ankit provides:
• Skin checks, including biopsy and surgical removal of skin cancer
• Assessment of previously undiagnosed skin rashes
• Management of common skin conditions such as rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, tinea and hair loss
Ankit is happy to provide shared care in conjunction with a Dermatologist for complex skin conditions (eg. lupus, vasculitis, immunobullous disorders).
Outside of work Ankit enjoys spending time with his greyhound Pingu, staying active and spending time with his family.
Dr Danit Maor studied medicine at the University of Western Australia. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has also completed a Masters of Public Health.
Dr Maor has dedicated many years to studying and treating a variety of dermatological conditions in both the paediatric and adult populations. Following medical school, internship and residency, she was invited to join the prestigious Skin Health Institute in Melbourne as the Transplant Research and Education Dermatology Fellow. Subsequently she went on to hold a position as the Occupational Dermatology Research Fellow, working alongside world-class Dermatologists.
Dr Maor’s work at the Institute culminated in 13 research papers, published in both Australian and International journals, of which she was the first author for 10. This is testament to her dedication to underpin her practice with contemporary research, and continuously contribute to the advancement of dermatological research.
She believes our skin, being a patient’s largest organ, has a profound impact on our confidence and subsequently our outlook on life. Dermatology has therefore always provided Dr Maor with the opportunity to impact patients at their most vulnerable time, therefore taking a holistic approach.
Dr Maor regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay up to date with the most advanced medicine and techniques in treating and enhancing skin and its conditions - a lifelong journey.

Dave is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice. He completed his basic medical degree (MBBCh) at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He completed his General Practice training, including a year as a clinical fellow in Dermatology in Newcastle upon Tyne in England before relocating to Australia in 2005. He completed a Certificate in Primary Care Skin Management in 2008 and since then has regularly undertaken further training and updates culminating in a Professional Diploma in Dermatoscopy in 2021.
On the weekend he can be found out on the road cycling, at the beach or on the local soccer pitch… Always with plenty of sunblock on of course!

David undertook the initial part of his medical training at The University of Oxford where he also obtained a degree in Physiological Sciences. While at Oxford he was awarded the Sir Roger Bannister award for Academic and Sporting Excellence having played for, and captained, the college Cricket team. During this period he also enjoyed greatly activities such as mountain biking, snowboarding and windsurfing. Following his stint at Oxford he moved to London to undertake the clinical aspect of training and having undertaken work as a junior doctor moved to Western Australia. While he remains passionate about outdoor pursuits his main exercise these days involves chasing after his three young daughters and groodle Rusty. David’s medical experience in WA over the last 14 years has been diverse including specialities ranging from Emergency Medicine to Obstetrics. He eventually settled on General Practice as a career and was awarded the Edward Gawthorn Prize having achieved the highest mark in WA for the clinical component of the General Practice fellowship examination. Over the last 10 years he has developed great interest in the detection and management of skin cancers which are ubiquitous in Australia. Having undertaken training in dermoscopy and skin cancer management, this field of medicine has become his main area of expertise. David looks forward to meeting you at Central Perth Skin Clinic.

Jannette has a great deal of experience in reception and administration having spent over 15 years in these positions. She enjoys the face-to-face interactions with patients & is always welcoming them with a friendly smile at Central Perth Skin Clinic, at the same time keeping the clinic running smoothly.
When away from work Jannette enjoys spending her weekends catching up with family and friends, and most importantly time with her 4 grandchildren.
